Ordering & Delivery

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! I ship all over the world! Postage is automatically calculated at the checkout. Please note that orders outside of the EU may incur import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. Delivery times vary greatly depending on the end destination. Please see below for more info.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders usually take around 1-2 working days to dispatch. Once dispatched you can expect your order within:

UK customers – 1-2 working days

EU customers – 3-5 working days

Customers outside of the EU – 5 -21 working days

Occasionally there might be delays in the postal system, which are out of my control. Please do check your postal service for any weather related delays, strikes or other problems.

My order hasn’t arrived yet! What do I do?
Don’t panic. Firstly, check to see when your order was dispatched and refer to the delivery estimates above. Please note that all estimated ‘working days’ refer to Monday to Friday and don’t include weekends. If it’s over your delivery estimate, please pop me a quick email with your name, order number and address and I’ll take a look into it for you. You can email me on hello@joannehawker.co.uk

I’ve received my order but I’m not totally happy with it. What can I do?
That’s okay, no problem! Send me an email on hello@joannehawker.co.uk and we can have a chat about what’s up and what your options are.

Help! I made a mistake with the personalisation!
Eeek! Okay! If I haven’t made your order yet, please let me know ASAP so that I can get it corrected for you. However, if your order has already been made or dispatched then I’m afraid there isn’t anything I can do to help.

Oh Joanne, you’ve made a mistake on my order, can you fix it?
Oh no, we’re all human and from time to time the odd mistake may slip through. Although, rest assured these don’t happen often. If I’ve made a mistake on your order and have sent you something that you didn’t ask for, please do email me and let me know so that I can fix it as soon as possible for you. Can I pop over and collect my order?
Sorry, all orders are made, packed and dispatched from my studio and so, for safety and insurance reasons, I’m unable to offer collection.

I have an idea for something; can you make it for me?
I wish I could say yes, but sadly, at present, there are not enough hours in the day to take on any extra work.

I can’t find what I need on here, what can I do now?
