Delivery

 

There are two flat rates for shipping (and two choices for class of post), meaning that you can add as much as you'd like to your basket and pay a flat price! All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail 1st or 2nd Class post.

Delivery charges:
£1 to £1.90 - 2nd & 1st - this covers items such as cards and small items such as decorations.
£2.50 to £3 - this covers items such as banner flags and cotton bags.
Free Shipping - This is for orders over the value of £30.

After payment has been cleared I will package and post the item. Please allow 1 to 3 days for this (unless otherwise stated in the main header of the homepage). If for whatever reason your order hasn’t arrived within these time frames (see below) after dispatch, then please do get in touch.

All items ship from the UK.
Normal shipping times after dispatch (depending on method chosen):
1st Class - 1-3 working days
2nd Class - 5-7 working days

I cannot be held accountable for delayed orders due to postal strikes in the area in which the order is due to be delivered or for any disruption caused by natural events such as a storm, flooding or snow etc.

Please be sure to double check your delivery address before checking out as orders placed with an incorrect address are not likely to arrive and unfortunately, cannot be refunded.
