Shipping policy

Shipping within the United Kingdom will be sent via Royal Mail and by the method chosen at check out.

Orders are typically sent out Monday, Wednesday and Friday (unless otherwise stated in the announcement bar at the top of the homepage). Orders placed after 11am will normally be processed the following posting day.

After payment has been cleared I will package and post the item. Please allow 1 to 3 days for this (unless otherwise stated - see homepage header for any updates). If for whatever reason your order hasn’t arrived within these time frames (see below) after dispatch, then please do get in touch.

All items ship from the UK.
Normal shipping times AFTER dispatch:
UK: 1-4 working days (depending on method selected)

I cannot be held accountable for delayed orders due to known postal strikes or a pandemic or adverse weather conditions in the area in which the order is due to be sent or delivered.
